Carlisle School’s 54th Annual Charity Auction

Carlisle School is preparing for our 54th annual charity auction. This year’s auction will be a hybrid event with in-person and virtual options. Please join us for this fundraiser as we celebrate the Carlisle Family. Save the dates for this exciting event!

  • Monday, February 6th – Saturday, February 11th: Our online silent auction opens at 8:00 am Monday and closes at 5:00 pm on Saturday. 

  • Saturday, February 11th: Join us for our Live Auction Party at Chatmoss Country Club at 6:00 pm.  Come dressed as your favorite driver, team, or super fan.  Mix and mingle, sip and snack, play games, vie for door prizes, raffles, and best-dressed fan. Not able to join us in person? Watch our LIVE broadcast at 6:45 pm to see and bid on live auction items! Bidders will receive exclusive access to participate in our live auction via Zoom. Event streaming will also be available on Carlisle School’s Facebook and Youtube platforms.

Ticket Pricing:

  • Bidding Pass – $25: Bidding Passes allow purchasers to bid virtually in both silent & live auctions.
  • Party Pass – $75: Party Pass includes admission for one to the “Live Auction Party” at Chatmoss Country Club, Beverage Tickets, Dinner, and a Bidding Pass to participate in silent & live auctions.

Carlisle School is a non-profit, 501(c)3 independent school and does not receive any state funding. As a result, we rely on donations and fundraising events to supplement tuition income. This annual charity auction is our largest fundraiser event of the year. Thank you in advance for your support.
